Arpit Srivastava is the CoFounder and Managing Partner at AseUp Consultancy, a firm focused on human resource recruitments.

He leads the firm by building partnerships and lifelong collaborations with the esteemed corporations that AseUp associates with. He is also seen crafting connections with the talent that is screened through AseUp’s unique database after an extensive system has shortlisted them.

Prior to starting AseUp, Arpit has had an intensive experience in managing his first business as a security firm for the Indian Defence Force. Previously, he was trained by and served under the Indian Navy itself on assignment on International Waters.

With AseUp Consultancy, he decided to serve the country in another way – by plunging into the field of employment. The need of the hour of the youth of India.

Arpit has earned his Bachelor of Science and Information Technology degree from the prestigious Mumbai University. HIs background in the sciences benefits AseUp Consultancy in taking a scientific approach towards the development of database-building matrix for the screening and pairing accurately the talent and the employers.

When not working on his startup or studying for his MBA, Arpit can be found riding to hidden gems on his bike. Travelling is his passion.
